If she was assigned a certain class, chances are that it would be thief or ninja/assassin class (although she can't steal items from enemies at all and has nothing to do with thievery or shinobi and/or assassination either).

Her weapons emphasize this, too, for they are shuriken-like (their name might be "rings", but she has a weapon called Demon Shuriken, doesn't she?). Other characters of that class(es) include Yuffie Kisaragi of Final Fantasy VII, Zidane Tribal of Final Fantasy IX and Rikku of Final Fantasy X & Final Fantasy X-2.

Tales of Symphonia's asian-like Sheena Fujibayashi might be considered a ninja/assassin of sorts, too, although her actual class is summoner.

Another character who uses the same weapon type as Tio, chakrams, is Colette Brunel, also from Tales of Symphonia. Furthermore, Colette is able to mug items from enemies as well, yet I wouldn't really consider her "thief class" either due to her low speed. But that game's classes aren't very distinct and kind of "messed up" in the first place.
