Tio's element, so to speak, is wind (other characters in Grandia 2 have elements, too) - her special moves consist of wind magic and shortly after getting her into the party you acquire the Book of Gales, providing you with "windy" abilities/skills such as speed and dash. You also obtain the Soul Egg, which includes wind spells as well.
