Tio is an android and as such, she has some special functions which I'll describe a little further.

Probably one of the most outstanding features are her antennaes that are used for receiving orders from the outside and also communicating with other technical devices. Furthermore she also possesses a pair of fairy-like wings. I'm not sure whether she uses/needs those for it, but she's able to fly as well.

She can control other computer facilities, too, including the Granasaber (which is, in fact, a spaceship). Besides that, another of her skills is detecting other persons' biological state, i.e. heartbeat, blood pressure and so on.
